Place a service call

To place a service call, you have the following options:

If your organisation uses purchase orders, then please either fax or email to our service desk.

Our engineers will leave you with a copy of the job sheet, which will indicate all work carried out, along with any parts required. You can set a spend limit for repairs, above which value we will send a written or emailed quotation, which you will need to accept prior to our supplying and fitting the necessary parts.

First time customer?
For customers new to First in Service Ltd, prior to an account being opened, we ask that you pay a predetermined amount before the call is placed with an  engineer, in order to speed acceptance of the call, along with a faxed instruction to proceed. This is done by using a credit card.
