Place A Service Call

To place a service call, you have the following options:

• Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, please call 0121 333 3301
• Alternatively during Office hours - either send a fax to 0121 333 4737, or email to service@firstinservice.co.ukincluding a purchase order or other appropriate written authority.

Our engineers will leave you with a copy of the job sheet, which will indicate all work carried out, along with any parts required. You can set a spend limit for repairs, above which value we will send a written or emailed quotation, which you will need to accept prior to our supplying and fitting the necessary parts.

First Time Customer?

For customers new to First in Service, we ask that you pay a predetermined amount before a call is passed to an engineer, either by credit card, or by cheque to the engineer on arrival. Please contact our service desk for details.
