First in Service has been trading since 1966 – we are a privately owned, limited company, with an enviable client list.

We offer a flexible approach to our business, and support all our clients in a variety of ways.

Each department has dedicated contract managers and account administrators who are available to each customer, and our experienced service desk is available 24 hours a day seven days a week to accept calls.

Regular communication, management reporting and other support services are available, to ensure that your contract with us will produce both the service levels you need, whilst maintaining the flow of useful information between us both.
