Our Catering Team had a really beneficial visit to First Choice Group in Cannock recently, who are our main supplier of catering spare parts. They were introduced to the team there and shown the systems that they use, as well as having a tour of the facility. This included their state of the art warehouse, gaining a valuable insight into how the warehouse operates. It also included a visit to trade counter to see where our engineering team collect their parts from. They found the visit hugely beneficial as it gave them a wider understanding of the First Choices operational set up and also helped to build and strengthen the working relationship between our two businesses further.
